TVIUM developed by Breeze Technologies Ltd is a compact TV gateway that can capture digital television and radio from a digital terrestrial (DVB-T) feed for distribution over a building IP network.
Offering a built-in Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) to create a complete end-to-end solution in conjunction with compatible set-top boxes (STBs) - see below - TVIUM simplifies the integration of IPTV services.
TVIUM is configurable up to 8 multiplexes. For instance, in the UK, Freeview is currently available on 6 multiplexes offering 48 x TV channels and 24 x radio channels. With automatic scanning of these broadcast channels, the user can select individual channels for streaming across a network and decoding remotely onto a client PC desktop using Windows Media Player and/or presented to a STB.

Set-top Box Compatibility
TVIUM can be deployed with a number of IP set-top boxes. Compatible STBs are manufactured by Amino, CompleteTV and Xavi. They provide capabilities ranging from SD/MPEG-2 to more advanced HD/MPEG-4 AVC.
